After some heavy IRC Discussion, and being informed there was already a fear like mechanic in the game (forcing the target to flee) I'll return intimidating strike to its original idea.

Intimidating Strike: Deals Low to Medium Damage with such ferocity that the victim is forced to drop their blade in terror, fleeing for X rounds (to be decided, I had settled on two, but we'll see).
14:45  @SilentB         ò "Hey, Cosgrove, how come you never married?"
14:45  @SilentB         ò "Because I eat too much meat."
14:46  @Celdia          ò Heresy. No such thing as 'too much meat'
14:47  @Celdia          ò One night with tithin would teach you that.

I think we should probably wait on listing ideas for the Hessian skillset and all that jazz until LastingDawn has a better idea of what he's looking for?

To LD: You may want to test the game's mechanics without the Hessian first, to see what holes you need to cover in Ramza's arsenal? That way you can adapt and balance simultaneously.
Geomancy is ridiculous. Instantaneous ranged attacks that just stomp all over the hopes and dreams of the villains. I love it.

I agree, which is one of the chief reasons I've held off on asking for skills for Ramza and Rad's final classes.

Well you see a Legionnaire is technically an official, a soldier to a lord, a Hessian is simply a Mercenary, though apparently the term stands well on its own in the modern day, so it is basically a "Mercenary +" class. Legionnaire doesn't fit that at all. As of now the Hessian has taken a step away from the spotlight until we get these skillset bugs figured out.

We "can" but only a selected few know anything about how to go about it. I'm not one of them, eh heh...
