Final Fantasy Hacktics

Hello all!  I am trying to edit the Skillset name and description in FFTactext but when I go to patch it to the ISO I get this error message.

I have the newest FFTactext program. 

Would anyone know why this error is coming up or a way to get around this to patch my ISO?

I am doing a simple sprite switch of Arithmetician to Onion Knight but have run into an issue. 
I followed the sticky instructions and have be able to switch the battle sprite out with ShiShi easy enough but when I load the ISO in FFTPatcher and then extract the FFTPack.Bin the files all have 0-k next to them and it will not let me open the Unit.Bin in FFTEVGRP.

Am I missing a step or could my FFTPatcher be out of date?

I am wanting to slightly change the text to exclude the foul language for my younger kids.  I have been reading through the older forums and am having a hard time figuring out what needs to be done exactly.  Also, I am hoping there is something that will allow me to do this easier than FFTacText.

I was wondering if the "dead" character slot is the same on the PSP version as in the PSX?  For example changing the witch job and image to a new job and image.  I also didn't know if this would be prone to glitches as some of the other character mods on the PSP can be?

Hello FFHackers!

I am trying to change Equip Change to not count as an action or use the turn so it could be of some actual use.  Does anyone know how to do this?  I have searched and couldn't find it in the forum.  I have seen others think the same thing and why some wouldn't advise it but still nothing about how to do it.
