I need a hex editor that can display two GME together and show the differences between the two codes, could you tell me the name to look for? thanks

Winhex can do that.

  • Open the two files

  • Tools/File Tools/Compare

  • Modding version: PSX

Anything is possible as long as it is within the hardware's limits. (ie. disc space, RAM, Video RAM, processor, etc.)
