Dual wielding guns

i was watching one of Voldemort7's videos and this video showed several chemists and oraters using 2 guns now the ability the used to have this was dual wield now i wanted to know if it was possible to do this and if so i would need the ninja ability right? and were do i get the 3 element guns (fire,thunder,blizzard) i know i heard you can get them in ad hoc but is there anywere else alright ty oh and can i have a link about zodiak signs compatible and what not because people have mentioned that you should make a group of members with compatible zodiak signs ty again

It is not possible for players to dual wield guns, excepting if you hack them.
