Great job on everything Barren, CT5holy, corosar and andante, you guys got this all down to a science. Thanks to you too, gaigun, your stats were very thurough and neat. Feel a bit overwhelmed by all the videos and balance discussion stuff going on, so I'll keep it brief. Will say "I have never seen someone get 6 predictions wrong in a row" but hey, statistics!

I didn't want to face you or your brother so early (and isn't fdquinn your niece too? do I gotta fight your whole family?!) I love watching you guys in action and it puts me in the awkward position of rooting for you guys but also not wanting to die. Really wish we could see more from you, redworld. You always manage to do something clever and unique, hope to see you in the regular season and good luck fdquinn! SCC chemist is pretty tough, should be a good match.

Triple Stop was the killer move there. The price for the High faith I put for the spell guns. Those Time Mages are a deadly force.   

Well, I guess this still isn't my time yet to taste a Round 3. Oh well, it's off to the Loser's bracket again. But still, really happy I got a fight with you Gaignun :D

Thanks for the match Skiploom.  I got lucky with the Stop right at the start.  If the match had gone on longer, you would have started to 1HKO the time mages like in round 2.

40 faith oracles wrecked me. GG. Too much status even with having status protection on most of my team. I thought Dont Act would be pretty prevalent in this tournament and I decided to go with Cross Helmet over a Crystal Helmet on 'AmazonChick', my lore using samurai. Bad call, but I hope I can maybe turn things around in the losers bracket and get a couple wins from this team. I did a lot of work on them and really struggled trying to put together something special using 4 samurais. There was a lot of editing of units/skills/abilities between me and Barren before settling on this version of the team and they still just fell short but I digress. Congrats Krypt!

Well no one can really predict how it will go. My archers looked good in paper but against a team that kept stacking up faith I was little to no match for.

Geomancer seem to have it good considering how versatile they are as MA unts. They even have sandbagging capabilities like priests or summoners do

Is it possible to forfeit against Mudvayne? I don't want to see my team beat his and lose in R3 being incomplete and all. If it is then I'll forfeit against Mudvayne since it's a ditto and I'd prefer for his team to advance since it's probably better for the class.

I was really concerned as CT started pointing out my flaws in the pregame. I also saw Vig crush DomieV in their last match. So, I was expecting this to go the opposite direction for sure.
In my (short) Defense, of Comet. It was there for the guaranteed kill, if someone brought various elemental resistances.
Celes earned her keep on my team. Thanks CT for the record and GG to Vigilanti.

Well, that, was, interesting, and CT5 was completely right to freak over that balance for wake up. That was smarter then what I might have done playing it.

Well, only reason I got R1 was the bottleneck I think. The other two rounds Reks pounded me. R2 rout into R3 awesomeness (Southern Cross to save the Squire + kill my Priest, then Balance that went off right after the Holy!). Couldn't help but smile, it was that sweet.

Sometimes I feel like the AI just "knows" when it's gonna hit through an evade or get a crit or status proc. Maybe it's like a probability or card counting thing like at a casino. Bad luck on that 3rd map it's just set up for the thieves to get blasted via aoe. We didn't to see it here but the ai can make some killer shots off of reflect. AI would be very good at the basketball game of "h.o.r.s.e" or "p.i.g"

Honestly? I'd prefer you didn't withdrawal. 'Unfinished' team or not, if you happen to beat me, you beat me. I'm not sure how much farther your team can go, but if you beat my team then I likely wouldn't be advancing much more anyways. Maybe it sounds selfish, but even if you think I will win easily (which I don't necessarily think that) I'd still like to see the victory after my R1 loss. It'd be nice to see my team perform [well].
