Help Spriting

Ok I need serious help spriting I have already opened Final Fantasy Tactics with FFT patcher and used utilities and gotten the battle folder, and now I don't know how I overwrite another sprite I want to replace, nor do I know the dangers of doing this any help would be much appreciated.

There are no dangers, short of having to re-get an iso. Spriting has its own subforum, there are guides there.
