.Spr editor

I am looking for a way to edit, view, and convert a .spr file.
I have searched the web many times and couldn't find anything.

  The .spr files that I'm trying to open are downloaded from this site.

  I'm trying to convert the .spr into .bmg so I can use ShiShi Sprite editor, to put the sprites in the game.

  Also if there is a easier way of doing this please let me know too.
