The scores are the edit levels of the said field. For instance Abilities with a score of 10 would mean the game barely or doesn't keep any abilities from the original version and only has custom new ones.
Note: Using unused maps or unused music does NOT count as editing; those are considered part of the script editing.
I suggest that you simply copy/paste and edit an example of the format.

For every patch that I manually added, please give me an update as I am entirely not sure of the edits that were done up to now to all patches except for 1.3. So do not be surprised if the edit levels look weird, just update the whole thing with a new and complete description of your patch.
