It's bright, and I like it. :)

Since this is technically a palette related question I'll ask it in this topic. Which of the three sprites in the attachment best matches the portrait? The first one (the one on the left), the second one (the one in the middle), the third one (the one on the right), or none of 'em? If none, what should I do to make it match better. And keep in mind, this palette will appear in game...

If I had to choose it'd be the first one because it's the only one that doesn't look like it has a ninja turtle's palette
but really none of them match well... although they don't neccessarily have to

I'd choose the second one.

All palettes are now complete, in order of popularity. Though only a handful were tested in game, I did review all of 'em in Shishi.

Some people feel that the sprite itself has some blemishes and problems, if anyone would like to take the BMP and modify the it, please be my guest. I've also attached the SPR file.

If anyone wants to test these out in game and post a video/screens, please do so. I won't have too much time to work on these personally, so if anyone would like to, don't hesitate.

That's great. I'll test it sometime. :)
Didn't know you already finished it, too.

Meh, there are bigger, more important things going on in this forum than the palettes for this sprite.

I've attached an image of all the palettes of sprites and their portraits...but something looks off. Input on the colors themselves is fine, but I'm too terrible at spriting to do anything else.

Imo, it's fine. Really. Just need some appreciation.

Though I think, the 3rd, 5th and 8th sprite look identical.

Yeah, I mentioned my concerns about this earlier...Three and eight definitely look alike. I'll make changes as necessary...I guess. :P

IMO, keep the 3rd one, then change the 8th to the next highest voted palette. :)
