I don't have a psp with a custom firmware so I can't use lioneditor so can someone please help me out with a certain request ?

I want cloud added to my party with the following setup:

Cloud level 1
Materia blade
Thiefs cap
Mirage vest

The samurai class mastered, mime class available, and move +3 and no charge equipped on him please
