With the thread of mods failing before they even start, you will definitely need to do some more work first, people need to SEE or PLAY something before they want to commit to it.
Community Mods are hard to run for not only this reason but also due to the fact that info will constantly be changing.

You just need to develop more on your own before people start becoming interested in it.

FYI, joining the #FFH Chat on IRC might help you out a bit as well.

I was wondering the same, do u intend to go full on LolPatch? Or more like the Queendom of Falena from Suikoden 5? Either one cud work depending how you do it.

I can also teach you how to event if you intend to go that route.

Everything Joseph Strife says it completely true. But i also wanted to add, no comment is useless (unless it is meant to be)
I'm always very glad to see new people taking interest in Journey of the Five, and even tho a current demo hasn't been released,
It is only due to the fact that we made a team decision long ago to not release until Chapter 1 is done, I don't want to have to make updates
and would instead rather start working on Chapter 2 of Jot5 as well as another 2 mods I'm working on upon the release of Jot5 Chapter 1.

Stay Tuned, we promise not to disappoint!


EDIT: Also, if you need a Jot5 fix, we do have a trailer on my Youtube channel as well as a few other events as well

Maybe it wasn't exactly that. I just know it had something to do with  dummy text. Or maybe it was just his excuse for being to lazy to remove it :P

Did you? I didn't think so, since I always had the main char, Viktor, Flik, Crowley, Pesmerga and Gremio (sometimes)

I know you have to level Pahn early or he can die when he fights your father, but i dont remember having to use specific chars, tho i could be wrong

From what i understand from Kokojo, the compiler used to allow that to work, but now it doesn't for some reason, Ive had this issue every time I've tried.

Anyway, glad it worked out for ya. If you have any other event questions. Don't hesitate to ask!

hmm, ive still never done it that way successfully, without issue. I would first suggest changing the numbers to 1-4 (or however many there is) the number of the line in the victory or other event condition, has nothing to do with the first events dialogue :P They may happen in the same battle, but they are still separate events

Also, why do your messages start at 4? Is this what is what in vanilla? Cuz it should start with 1 and increase as it goes on.

Then again i guess these are suppose to be like life lessons, and i probably wouldn't eat a turkey i randomly found inside a wall.

Welcome to FFH, first off, don't import sprites that way. Just download FFTPatcher and use the program called Shishi, (it is included) so to the sprite you want to replace and import the SPR/BMP. Done no saving needed

This was done by Aquablack a few years ago. do NOT necrobump the thread to ask for permission. It's fine, i guarantee it.
