Hi I am somewhat new to modding FFT on PSX. Using FFTactext, I'm wondering what the {SP} symbol means in the character
bios? And if there are more symbols than this one I would also like to learn about those as well. Thank you in advance.

A space is 4 pixels wide, and {SP} is 2 pixels wide. It is used as a shorter space in vanilla especially to "align" text in the brave story section.

Love what you're seeing? https://supportus.ffhacktics.com/ 💜 it's really appreciated

Anything is possible as long as it is within the hardware's limits. (ie. disc space, RAM, Video RAM, processor, etc.)

Thanks Elric, means a lot. Can't wait to see chapter 2, hopefully I'll be as good as you and everyone else!

So glad I know that now! Thanks a lot Xifanie! Anything else I should know before messing with fftactext?

Um, that you should really be using my FFTText Editor? Because it will take you 50x less time to edit your text for your mod.
It requires Microsoft Excel, but for the amount of time it saves you, it is really worthwhile to... acquire it in some way or another if you don't already have it.

And do avoid double-posting within 24 hours.

I can vouch for that. Get used to edit using the Notepad emulator it saves you tons of time and always remeber to check for invalid characters

Sorry Xifanie, I meant if there were any other symbols I should know and if I shouldn't do something specifically with it that might mess my mod up. Also, sorry for double posting.

Thanks Heisho, but whats the notepad emulator?
