Iso edit at OPEN.LZW

Hi guys!!!
Im working on editing some names at FFT (PSX) and i get this pop up:

DTE for OPEN.LZW Fail.
The ISO Has NOT been modified

I'm using FFTactext.
if someone got a idea for pass the problem, please let me know!!

Save the fftactext patch. Close and reopen tactext. Load your patch. Then choose to patch it to your image.
