Streaming FFT

So I'm planning to stream my playthrough of FFT. It's my first playthrough, though my actual knowledge of the game is rather wide so I'm not exactly stumbling, it's more kicking Gaffy's ass WITHOUT UNEQUIPPING HIM.

I'm right after Goug.

However, I don't know when to schedule it. Any input? Please include timezone as well. I'm at GMT +2. Do note that while I will give weight to suggestions here, I'll give more weight to members of the forum where I started this.

Additionally, I've already started this - so you can watch the most awsome goug fight ever in the channel! Here's a teaser - I come back from a situation where I have 2 units left (one charmed), only one of whom can revive, against four others - with multiple other friendlies ticking down to crystally doom!
