Final Fantasy Hacktics

I've always wondered, is he wearing a crown or does he just have a hole in the top of his head ala Majin Buu?  I thought I would try out a poll to see what people thought.

Does anyone know if there is a table with the event hex code for the events that occur in the game.  I'm having problems pinpointing some of the encounters.  Much obliged!

Now, I may be doing something wrong, but I can add a unit to my team in a battle, but I can't seem to get the join after event to let me add them.  Is this something hard coded into the missions that already have join events?  Has anyone successfully added a new unit and had it join other than at Orbonne with Rad et al?

I don't know if this is easy or not, but I've looked into the tutorials on adding sprites and most of them are concerned with custom sprites.  Any chance that it's (fairly) simple to make the formation sprites show up correctly for characters like Delita 2, Elmdor, Zalbag etc.?

Also I guess as this is my first post, just want to say that what everyone on this site is doing is really cool.  I never thought I'd see so much customization in FFT.  Voldemort7's videos on Youtube led me here
