It seems to me, I'm always being infected by stuff...
This time its the rogue anti-spyware trick, SystemSecurity 4.52. It been blocking ALL programs except internet explorer, but it blocks most sites. I can't run any anti-virus software cuz it is blocked, also. I've researched it and people say "Boot your computer into safemode to be able to run programs, but the thing is that I cannot go into safemode either. Wheever it starts to load safemode the computer self-restarts and forces into normal mode. I don't know what to do now, except back-up important files i need and re-format my computer. If anyone has any info on this can you please post it?

Ah, System Security. That thing fucked up my comp a little while ago. I just stopped using it for about a week, came back and it was gone for the most part. You can google for something to uninstall it, it should be the first link. If you need link, I'll post it here.

Try Combofix.  Change the name though, as some viruses don't let you use certain executables with certain names.

Did a quick Google search, got to this page. This is what worked for the guy who had the problem:
QuoteSome Volunteer malware-Fighters have developed a program to fight these "Rogue(s)" and it is called "Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware" and is availble for FREE at the Site I quoted in my previous Post . No need to "mess" around or pay money dealing with the relatively known very poor Symantec/Norton "Customer Support".
I believe the program he mentioned is on this site: www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php

Good luck, hopefully it'll work.

^ This is probably the best anti-malware I have ever used. Have been using it for about a year and a half and it has always performed excellently.
Oh pitiful shadow lost in the darkness, bringing torment and pain to others. Oh damned soul wallowing in your sin, perhaps...it is time to die

I should be good now, I already have Malwarebytes, i downloaded it when i had my last virus. I'm just running a few scans with AVG, Malwarebytes, and Spyware Doctor now.
