1) It's not that simple.  It's far easier to sacrifice a class and replace it rather than to add in new jobs onto the wheel.

2) http://www.ffhacktics.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2326 (http://www.ffhacktics.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2326)

3) Don't think anyone's actually made dark/holy knights generic classes and been serious about it.  You're free to start up with fftpatcher though.  It's a pretty easy program to work with, and there's tutorials on this site.  Let er rip and then post your final project!

I have a question and since im new i figured this place would be the place for this question. I always loved the mystic knight from FFV and was wondering if there was anyway to implement maybe a job or skillset based on the animation from beowulf's magic sword only for elemental spells.. so as a opposed to just raising arms the sprite will attack and then the spell animation will begin. any thoughts on this idea? ill play around with the patcher but till then maybe a little direction  for a curious soul? :P

Very possible. If you want to accomplish it without hex editing in the current patcher, though, you'll have to edit one of beowulf's spells.

A more faithful recreation of Mystic Knights isn't currently possible (weapon enchanting). You could do something like the holy strike paladin ability from FFTA, though (elemental empowered attack that costs MP).

Here.
There will be a newer version of this one included with the next release of FFTpatcher.
