Add new Sprites

something i got in my mind...

At the shishi sprite manager i see that the sprites start from 00 to 0f and go down to 99.

what i'm asking... Can be made to add new sprites from AA to AF next to 99?

No, you are limited to what you see in Shishi

but how to use unique sprites without changing the order ones...?

You cannot add anything, you can only replace things.

There is very few places in the game that you can ADD anything. Replacing is what you'd have to do if you were doing Vanilla stuff.
Otherwise, make a custom story mod and do whatever you want with all the spriteslots.
