Sprites work at first it seems but then theyre gone

Hello I used 'Shishi sprite manager' to patch my sprites and well i have this weird issue, my sprites showed on the intro sequence in the church, where delita kidnaps the princess, however after the game begins the custom sprites are gone and the usual ones get back.

Any clue where did i went wrong?

Do the sprites still show up as the updated versions in battles and scenes? Because ShiShi can't replace the sprites in the formation screen, that program is FFTEVGRP (http://ffhacktics.com/downloads.php?id=14)
