Unused Abilities?

Hello,

   I have started looking back into FFT after a long break. I have looked in patcher and I noticed in the long of abilities there are some that I do not think are ever used in the game. I then tried to look at skill sets to see if the abilities are in there. I finally found it but then I tried to find a character that has the skill set- still no...

SO its Toadja, Gravija, Flareja, Confuseja, Sleepja... (patcher seems to title them as ja instead of with a number...)
the skill set was called Ja magic... No character had it. I was almost tempted to give it to a job class and "play test" them in my game to at least see how they look...

But does anyone know about these abilities, and are they ok to edit??
