"Square Enix and BioWare are set to collaborate for a Final Fantasy XIII-2 DLC. Though no specifics were given, the DLC(s) will be based from BioWare's upcoming Mass Effect 3."

The final fantasy serie died with 9 (or 10, depending on tastes)

Anything is possible as long as it is within the hardware's limits. (ie. disc space, RAM, Video RAM, processor, etc.)
