Title: ASM Request: Soldier Office Recruit Cost and Level Hack

I'm neutralizing growth in my patch. So, it is not helpful to recruit Soldiers at Level 1. I was wondering if anybody would make a hack so they were Ramza's Level -10? Also, is it possible to make them cost 1000 gil per level?
