Okay, im in the middle of a AI battle, I hit options during the fight, here's whats there:

cursor movement: A type
cursor repeat speed: regular
cursor repeat on mult. heights: regular
finger cursor repeat speed: regular
message display speed: regular
navigation message: off
show ability name: on
show effect message: off
show exp and jp gained: off
target flashing: on
show unequippable item by job: off
max equip at job change: off
sound: stereo
return to initialize settings: customize

What do I do to turn off the spell quotes during the game or did you mean by something else?

A vid of how to disable spell quotes in anyway would be nice

Wish I had a DS but I have X Box 360 and currently playing Final Fantasy 13...this game is actually.....rather FUN!!

If anyone wants me to do some testing when the re-balancing is done and it goes well, I can gladly do a mini-tourney of some kind for every one

Well I remember that Arena exhibition matches can go on as requested but lately no one has requested their team versus another. so while we're on the same boat, I can only guess that its put on hold for now

I think a Knight with Defend/Counter Flood is a unique idea......as far as custom skill set...I was thinking maybe he can have either gafgarrion's night sword or agrias' holy sword moves. I think they should work fine. the movement can be up to you

if thats the case, is there a way to disable spell quotes then?

Disgaea is a really good game

played disgaea 3 recently, I liked Mao's voice (yes I know its Vic Mignogna voice...but still)

I tried tactext again and opened the ffttactext file to patch it to the ISO and the message says "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" does anyone know what that means?

So far the best fight I recorded.....holy crap THIS was fun

This is a good to know about poaching....when you poach stuff from previous chapters before chapter 3.....you'll get the items you desired

I think something is wrong with stigma magic :\

okay...i changed the quotes back to what they should be...now how do i know make sure that when the spell quote comes up in the AI tourney match that if someone tries for example haste that the spell quote will be the one i typed down?

You'll have to rip it open in TacText and fix the Spell Quotes by hand or just turn them off.

i am pretty new to tactext.....i opened it and i couldn't find where i can edit spell quotes or turn them off....ill keep looking for now but if you or anyone else has some tips for me that would be great

i poached a lot of uribos/porkies/wildbows in chapter 2....when chapter 3 starts and i enter the fur shop....i get nothing.....is it RNG or is it that the monsters you poach in chapter 2 don't count until chapter 3?

im sure some of you have notice when i post season 4 loser's bracket matches you'll see some buggy text error....i have brought it up in the season 4 topic...if one of you see this video i was wondering if you know how to fix the spell/skill quote text error because the battle.bin file i originally got from otabo (which is also in philsov's s4 directory) when i import it over the original battle.bin file in CDmage, it somehow screws up the text...watch this video and you'll see what i mean
