Event Portraits

Eternal and I are moving pretty fast, but there are a few things we need from the talented spriters among us, to make our events really stand out, these are "emotional portraits" or rather unique portraits used in events, this is what I require, but feel no pressure for time of course...


A backwards facing portrait of Lady Ruglia (Ramza's mother)
A sad expressioned Cadet Delita portrait
An angry Dycedarg portrait
Wounded Miluda portrait
Saddened cadet Ramza
A commanding expressioned Zalbag
A dark shaded Algus face (if possible)
An angry Cadet Delita
A close eyed Teta
Horrified cadet Ramza

There will be Many more down the line, but this seems enough for now, I look forward to seeing what you all come with, this is for the Dream Sequence and Zeakden Nightmare respectively.

Hmm...I'm not good at portraits but I'll give it a try, Sir LD. ^^
Also, I'll update on Scryer and Scholar soon. As for the knight, I'll try again once Scryer and Scholar are done with the views.

Hmm, interesting... but it looks almost as if she's in deep contemplation, I should have been more specific, she almost seems to have a furrowed brow, if you soften that a bit it should seem pretty setting to the scene, since well... this is for when she says her last words.

Hmm, true, alright...

*On that Note would anyone be willing to make a rehaul of the Algus sprite, to make him look a little more stately and give his face portrait on the sprite the shaded face?*

An angry Cadet Delita (Used in Zeakden Nightmare)

I might give some of these a try after class tomorrow if I can remember. If my crazy prison Ramza is any indication, I might actually have some latent portrait skills.

Ah, where Algus's eyes are at least shadowed over, so you never get a clear look at him, so to speak.

Hmm.. Algus' portrait would be hard.
What about Ramza's mom? Can someone post her portrait?

Whoa, I like these, this is all that FFT lacked was expressions to their sprites, when they Easily could have done it (hello 12 Balbanes portraits!) What they do use in FFT to their credit, is pretty powerful, dying Izlude, wounded Knight, beat up Olan, dying Wiegraf, those are all done very well.

Ramza 1: Very good, maybe too anime style-looking.
Ramza 2: Looks really worried... which I don't think what was you were going for. Check the mouth a bit in any case, the shading makes it weird.
Delita 1: Looks exagerated, his eyebrows are way too wide.
Delita 2: Very good.
Dycedarg: Looks D:<, *yawn* and dying at the same time.

Anything is possible as long as it is within the hardware's limits. (ie. disc space, RAM, Video RAM, processor, etc.)
