How do i make custom skills?

I watched the Gaff patch movie on youtube it looks cool, how they mix animations and sprites to make cool skills.

I was just wondering whats the steps of doing that?

You get an ISO of FFT.
Get FFTPatcher.
Make your changes.
Patch the ISO.
Done.
