Small Request plz look

I'm not sure if this is allowed or if there's a different section for this but I would like to know if anyone can help me with a small favor.

All I want is to have 99x of all items added to this FFT:WOTL save: http://www.mediafire.com/?artvxdmyyhf (I believe this is Kourama's custom save)

I would really like to know how to use lion editor myself but my psp does not have custom firmware and can not get around to getting it for a while. Please let me know if you can help me out and sorry if this post isn't allowed

This is for editing/hacking the game, not so much saves. Sorry ... I'm not sure anyone is going to take this up.
