I've finally got my hands on an FFT ISO and Excel

As it turns out, I have both a backed up FFT ISO I made many years back and an actual legit copy of Microsoft Office XP, so I'm able to do all of this madness now.

I have followed the steps pretty faithfully, but when I try to CTRL+B into the SCUS_942.21 file, it tells me that it'll grow larger as a result. That means that CDMage can't import it without some issue, and that further means that whenever I do import it, things turn out really, really, really messy.

Any common things I might be doing wrong?

Make sure the cursor is on the first position when you are going to CTRL B

Well, when I searched for the location, I did it relative to the beginning, meaning that no matter where my cursor was, it would end up at the specified address.

Update: When I look at the spreadsheet, there's a lot of cells with #REF! in them, which I believe means a reference is borked... could this be ruining my hex block?

Did you install the analyst toolkit? If so, did you Move cells or something?

Love what you're seeing? https://supportus.ffhacktics.com/ 💜 it's really appreciated

Anything is possible as long as it is within the hardware's limits. (ie. disc space, RAM, Video RAM, processor, etc.)
<R999> My target market is not FFT mod players
<Raijinili> remember that? it was awful

The Analysis Toolpak actually came with Excel on here. I enabled it, and set calculation to automatic, as well.
