Methinks LD is on to something...

Also, these last few sprites look pretty good. Though you should "sharpen" the horns on the forward-facing sprite so that they look less like bunny ears and more like horns--shading will probably help out that endeavor. And since it's a helmet he's wearing and not his head or a hat, you should use those gray colors on his armor. Speaking of colors, neon yellow may not be menacing enough for a demon knight...

It's a lot less blurry now.  The color is somewhat odd for a demonic figure, but with a bit of tweaking to the color scheme of the rest, it could work.  Having the helmet be its own color is strange.  The front view horns could still use work.  Judging by the other views, the helmet should blend into the horns rather than having them segmented in that view.  They could be trimmed up on the inside part of the horns to make them thinner, and they could use some sharpening.  Also, you seem to be missing a back view.

I think it would look better if the horns were more in the front and less in the back of his uh, helmet/head. Aside from that it looks pretty good.

Hmm, the shading on the helmet needs work and I agree that the horns should be moved around. But you did a great job choosing colors (though I see some leftover green, but whatever) and this image looks perfectly clear. Keep at it.

Your sugestions considered, and made, except number 4 and 5, I think the don't need it.

I think the cape is a bit to bright a red. it contrasts to much with the sprite, and the FFT shading style >.< if you notice, weigraf and zalbag have all similar shades of their respective colors. That is to say, the depths of each color is around the same mark. the orange on salbag is around the same depth as his capes cream..color...

This is going great, in this ver. I changed color to darker red(SB), and armor is a little bit more shiny(Mike). I think that now I will proceed to create his full sprite.

Good so far. Make it more shiny.
Hmm.. some tip,

Set the color limit to 16.
Are you using GraphicsGale by any chance?

Go to:
All Frames -> Color Depth (choose 16 colors)

Then, select (by right-clicking) the brightest gray color in the helmet.
Then, play with the RGB or HSL values to make it look more brighter and shinier.
Try it. :)

I think now it's enough shiny, you must remember that he is more of a vilian than hero.

The rear-facing sprite needs some work, in terms of the helmet. See, right now it looks more like a top down view (so you'd be standing above him looking down). What you need to do is move the horns so that they don't completely cover his head. They should be still be visible, just different in terms of angles. Use the Skeleton as a base.

Worked with the horns of the last one. I won't change'em more skeleton-like cause it will look weird, I tried already, this is only good option

Have you tried using GraphicsGale's rotate?
Use the image on the right most part, (the head, in the middle)

try rotating it.

Helmet needs more shading, horns need more definition and contrast. Actually, more contrast all over will really help this image "pop".
