Scream ASM

Once upon a time someone made an ASM that removed the speed bonus from the ability Scream but I can't find it anymore and search is bringing up nothing for me. Does anyone have this or a link handy?

You can make this hack yourself. All you need to do is modify one line. When you figure out which line it is, take the address on the left and subtract 0x67000. That's the number that goes in the <offset=""> part of the hack.
