Okay. So I've done every single step right until the very last one where I'm supposed to right click on UNIT.bin, WLDFACE.bin and WLDFACE4.bin and import the files.  But I don't have that option at all...(see picture).  What am I doing wrong?

Okay.  So I changed the reaction to Dragonheart, and made the effect to Add: Faith.  But now all it does, is it does the animation for Pray Faith, but still casts Reraise.  Am I missing something here?  :\

Is it possible to patch the ISO of this when playing it on the PCSP (PSP Emulator)??

Ahh, well that would explain it.  I don't like using ePSXe for FFT because the world map is black and I can't seem to configure it to get rid of it.  Oh well, it's better than nothing I suppose. 

Ehh I'm having an issue with ppf-o-matic as well.  It's been a while since I've used it so maybe I'm just missing a step.  Anyway, I downloaded the FFT Plus patch, which is a PPF file.  I open ppf-o-matic and it asks me to load an ISO file, so I load an ISO of FFT.  Then it asks me for a patch, so I load the FFT Plus patch.  I patch the ISO.  Then when I go to play the game, I get an error message saying "CD not usable.  Failed to read .cue file."

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Edit: I got it to work on ePSXe but not my pSX emulator...odd :\

Can someone give me some pointers on how I would get started on a Cammy sprite, from Street Fighter?  I'm clueless when it comes to this kind of stuff but I really want to make this a project and hopefully see it through.

I wouldn't even know where to start...I'm not computer savvy enough lol

I hope this is the place to ask for it...but would it be possible to request a Cammy sprite?  The "Delta Red" version, as she appears in Super Street Fighter II and Street Fighter IV.
