Certainly with any luck I might be able to show this off with just those once I have the pictures.

From Eventchr? Where? Is it using cdmage?

But what is difference between CDMage and magicISO?

EDIT: I have a question about Eventchr. The blue circle is the event and the red is the palettes. But what does the palettes do exactly?

I pretty sure about this. By default if you call an evtchr sprite in an event it automatically uses the sprites original palette. However with a special instruction you can use one of the palettes available in that section of the evtchr. An example of this is that often in events with towns people, they are all just Ramza with their palettes switched and all of their animations drawn from evtchr.

For what you are concerned with though Jimmy I think it will just help you see what you are looking at. Can you even change the palettes with this tool?

So then, how do you change like Ramza to let say, Zack and want to change the Eventchr for Ramza as well. The palettes are automatically used and taken from the sprite, so meaning I just have to sprite the Eventchr for Ramza to Zack?

Probably not. Well, if its possible, I wouldn't even knew about it. I'm noob. Haha.

Anyway, actually I just wanted to know why are there palettes when the Eventchr take the palettes from the sprite automatically.

The palettes in evtchr can be accessed with event instructions. So if you wanted Zack to appear but you didn't want an entire sprite for him you would, make the evtchr animations for Zack, insert a palette for Zack in that frame of evtchr, have Zack be any character as far as the ENTD is concerned, in the event load the evtchr frame, change the Zack character's palette, and then load the evtchr animations.

Sorry--I just realized that I never even posted the 16-color Blansch portrait. See attachment. I'll get Marin up as soon as I can.

EDIT: Both are attached and 16 colors.

I haven't started on the hat, nor do I think I can make a convincing one. I guess it's up to LD: if he think it's necessary, I'll try. If not, then he'll be hatless.

0.o....Wow...I'm confused. Haha. Well...about the palette thing only. About the ENTD, I think I understand. So, if let say I want Zack to be shown in the Eventchr "blowing the leaf", all I have to do is change that animation (blowing leaf) from Ramza to Zack?
