EVTCHR.bin File too large for iso?

I did find a post from awhile ago saying that this was a normal thing, that EvtchrView increases file size, but my question is how do you get it back into the iso?

Use CDMage to reimport it. It will shrink it back down to size without derping anything out. I've been doing it for years. No idea why the people who made that program also made the size of the file grow, but it wasn't necessary

Worked, Thank you! I usually use CDprog so I guess that was my problem >.<
