how to make andchange sprites

i wanna make my own sprites and change some around like change ramzas body so he can look how i want........ so can some one tell me every tool i need to do this and a step by step on how to do this? please and thank you

ok so i am a vampire lol sorry if i done anything wrong im new to forums and yes i forgot to read rules...... reason i asking that question is cause i can not for life of me find one i can understand lol..... And yes whenit comes to computer stuff im stupid as stupid does lol
