I have been trying to figure out how to use fft patcher for a month now (pathetic, i know), and am still unable.  I'm totally new to patching, could someone give me step-by-step directions to editing the UMD;
      I have the fft patcher downloaded, i have ctf, and i know you need to set your memory stick to read the umd disc for the usb port and open it from UMD Gen, but past that, im just taking shots in the dark about what to do...
       I've been irritating the people at this site for a while now, and i hope to get out of your hair lol...

UMD?

You will need an ISO, you cant burn changes to the UMD, unfortunatly.

Rip the ISO from the UMD and put THAT on your memory stick.

Of course, if you like CWcheat and dont have a big enough memory card, then you can always take the codes form the CW cheat tab adn paste them into the CHEAT.DB

Mostly, i think you confused about the ISO-UMD format and its limitations, no need to worry on that though, feel free to ask any questions you have.

Also if you have a psp patch, look at the psp drop down menu and find the option "patch ISO". IT will patch hte changes into your ISO

Better download an ISO. CWCheat has a lot of good cheats from the start anyway.

If you have custom firmware you can just rip the ISO straight from the UMD and its in this topic.
