Description:
Sets the animation to take after the unit is done with a movement related instruction.
Parameters:
Unit ID : Byte (hex)
Unknown 1 : Byte (hex)
Sprite/SEQ ID : Half-Word (hex)
Unit ID : Byte (hex)
ID of the unit specified in the ENTD. The EVTCHR sprite will be pasted directly over the unit.
Unknown 1 : Byte (hex)
Always 0x00.
Sprite/SEQ ID : Half-Word (hex)
Load an animation sequence from the corresponding SEQ file for a unit or paste a custom sprite from EVTCHR.BIN
