Changes instantly the location of a unit.
Parameters:
Unit ID : Byte (hex)
Unknown 1 : Byte (hex)
X coordinates : Byte (unsigned)
Y coordinates : Byte (unsigned)
Elevation : Byte (hex)
Facing Direction : Byte (hex)
Unit ID : Byte (hex)
ID of the unit specified in the ENTD.
Unknown 1 : Byte (hex)
Always x00.
X coordinates : Byte (unsigned)
Value of the tile on the X axis.
Y coordinates : Byte (unsigned)
Value of the tile on the Y axis.
Elevation : Byte (hex)
0x00 = Default elevation tile
0x01 = Higher elevation tile.
Facing Direction : Byte (hex)
0x00 = North
0x01 = East
0x02 = South
0x03 = West
