Description:
Loads an EVTCHR block from the CD to the RAM in order to be used.


Parameters:
RAM Block ID : Byte (hex)
CD Block ID : Byte (hex)
Unknown 1 : Byte (hex)


RAM Block ID : Byte (hex)
This doesn't seem to be ever used. Use {59}SaveEVTCHR after using {E5}WaitForInstruction(x34,x00) to save the EVTCHR block in the RAM.
0x00 = Block 1
0x01 = Block 2


CD Block ID : Byte (hex)
